This candidate is a motivated and well-rounded HR professional with over four years’ experience delivering end-to-end human resources support across large, fast-paced operational environments. Presenting as calm, professional, and highly engaging, they demonstrate strong alignment to roles requiring stakeholder partnership, employee relations expertise, and practical HR delivery.

They have operated as a trusted HR Advisor to operational leaders, supporting areas equivalent to General Manager level, providing guidance across a broad range of HR functions including enterprise agreements, industrial relations, Fair Work compliance, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Their experience spans the full employee lifecycle, including large-scale recruitment (480+ hires), onboarding program design (including buddy systems), training delivery, performance management frameworks, and disciplinary and grievance handling. They are confident managing complex employee matters, including investigations, welfare conversations, absenteeism management, and compliance-related issues.

A key strength is their ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, coaching leaders, influencing outcomes, and ensuring HR practices align with both business needs and regulatory requirements. They are also highly capable in HR systems and technology, with experience across multiple HRIS and payroll platforms, and a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

They bring a strong focus on employee engagement and culture, having implemented recognition programs, internal communication strategies, and initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and retention. Their approach is practical, people-focused, and aligned to best practice HR delivery.
