We Love Supporting the Community
At Hinchen Recruitment Group, we believe very strongly in the power of the community. We have committed ourselves to setting the standard that we want all companies to follow. Not only in our charity initiatives and donations, but in our commitment to helping the planet. We have taken steps to lessen our emissions and create a positive footprint. We believe in supporting charities that make a difference but we especially love working with organisations that help people get back into the workplace.
Our Commitment to the Planet
Hinchen Recruitment Group is continuously trying to adapt ways to become more eco-friendly. Therefore, we have decided to utilise Digital Business Cards instead of the standard printed version. By doing so, we are reducing our dependence on paper and minimising manufacturing processes that release harmful emissions.
Our Contributions
Dry July encourages people to go alcohol-free in July to raise funds for those affected by cancer. When one of the team at Hinchen Recruitment Group pledged to support Dry July in 2023, the team rallied behind them bringing their total fundraising effort to $769!
R U OK? Day 2023 saw the team at Hinchen Recruitment Group wrapping up their workday early to go out and do something that makes them happy. Whether that be a nice walk, playing sport, spending time with their loved ones or shopping.
The team at Hinchen Recruitment Group did not hesitate to get behind Pankind's Remember September fundraiser to raise much needed funds for pancreatic cancer research. The team collectively walked, ran, cycled over 1,300kms raising $2,006!
Friends with Dignity
During the Christmas period of 2024, we were delighted to support a great organisation like Friends with Dignity. They help to bring joy and hope to children who are victims of family and domestic violence. Our donation went towards their sleighs that help collect, sort and pack all of the gifts for the kids.
