He works closely with architects, designers, wholesalers, and manufacturers to secure early product specification and maintain relationships through to project completion. His style is consultative, relationship-driven, and focused on consistent follow-up.

He has a proven ability to deliver results, including achieving a $1M annual sales target within six months and significantly growing underperforming accounts. By identifying market opportunities and supporting customer expansion, he increased annual spend from under $100K to more than $500K in multiple cases.

He is experienced in selling on value rather than price, frequently outperforming lower-cost competitors through product demonstrations, trials, and clear articulation of quality and long-term performance. This approach has been particularly effective in technical and industrial environments where reliability and service are critical.

He also demonstrates leadership potential, having delivered product training, supported peers nationally, and collaborated closely with internal teams. With strong CRM discipline and experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, he brings structure, planning, and a clear ambition to progress into a sales leadership role.
