This candidate is a highly capable IT infrastructure and systems support professional with over 12 years’ experience across enterprise IT environments, supported by a Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) and multiple industry certifications including ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, CompTIA A+, and Network+. They bring a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement capability, and hands-on experience supporting complex operational and research environments.

Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong capability in managing both end-user support and high-level infrastructure systems. In their most recent role within a major research-focused environment, they provided technical support for a broad range of users while also maintaining the server infrastructure that supports advanced research operations. A key achievement included leading the migration of more than 5 petabytes of research data to next-generation enterprise storage, alongside successfully transitioning operational data to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms during lockdown to maintain organisational continuity.

They also played an important role in supporting digital transformation initiatives, including large-scale network aggregation projects, the rollout of multi-factor authentication, and other infrastructure improvements designed to strengthen organisational security and performance.

This candidate is particularly strong in stakeholder engagement, often acting as the bridge between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. They are recognised internally as the “go-to” resource for complex IT issues, combining broad technical knowledge with clear communication and a highly service-oriented mindset.
