The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you'll become an important member of our team, supporting every aspect of our business while learning skills that will benefit you throughout your career.
No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating interviews, formatting candidate reports or posting job advertisements. The next you could be assisting with invoicing, preparing business reports, organising travel, supporting recruitment consultants or helping improve our business systems and processes.
You'll receive training, mentoring and exposure to many different aspects of running a successful professional services business.
What You'll Be Learning
Throughout your role you'll gain experience in:

You'll support our team across a broad range of activities including:
- Preparing invoices and following up outstanding accounts
- Accounts payable administration
- Monthly reporting and spreadsheet management
- Maintaining recruitment and business systems
- Supporting compliance activities
- Preparing tenders and proposal documentation
- Coordinating travel, meetings and calendars
- Office administration and supplier coordination
- Staff onboarding and administration
- Supporting our offshore Virtual Assistant team
- Assisting with procedures, training documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recruitment administration and interview coordination
- Formatting candidate reports and recruitment documentation
- Posting SEEK advertisements
- Conducting reference checks
- Candidate search and research assistance
- Client and candidate enquiries
