We're partnering with a leading International organisation to appoint an experienced Digital Team Leader to lead a high-performing frontline Motor Claims team. The Opportunity
As Digital Team Leader, you'll create an environment where your team can perform at their best while delivering exceptional service to customers during some of their most important moments.

Working as part of a collaborative leadership team, you'll combine people leadership with operational excellence, ensuring your team has the support, coaching and direction needed to consistently achieve outstanding results.
This is a role where your leadership will directly influence team engagement, customer satisfaction and business performance.
 
Key Responsibilities - You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of Claims Consultants to achieve exceptional customer and business outcomes.
  • Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture where people feel supported, valued and motivated to succeed.
  • Coach team members through regular one-on-one development conversations, performance feedback and capability building.
  • Monitor team performance, workload distribution and customer demand to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Use operational data, reporting and performance insights to identify trends, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to improve processes, enhance customer experiences and support broader operational initiatives.
  • Lead your team through change while maintaining high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Ensure quality, compliance and risk standards are consistently achieved while balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and the ongoing development of future leaders within the business.
About You
You're an authentic leader who enjoys helping people grow and understands that great customer experiences start with highly engaged teams.
 
You'll bring:
  • Experience leading customer-facing operational teams within insurance, financial services, contact centres or other fast-paced service environments.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
  • Proven success improving team performance through strong leadership and meaningful coaching.
  • Experience using operational metrics and performance data to make informed decisions and improve results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • The confidence to navigate change, manage competing priorities and solve complex problems.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify smarter, more effective ways of working.
  • Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives.
Previous experience within motor claims or general insurance will be highly regarded but is not essential for leaders with transferable operational leadership experience.
