They have delivered high-impact IT solutions in complex environments, including migrating over 5 Petabytes of research data to IBM storage, facilitating the transition to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint during lockdown, and designing/delivering user training remotely to ensure continuity of operations.

They bring extensive experience working across Office 365 platforms, CRMs such as Salesforce, and security-focused IT operations, including audits, Group Policy enforcement, and compliance monitoring. A natural communicator, they are known for building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams, and have played key roles supporting digital transformation, infrastructure rollouts, and operational improvements.
