An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Whitegoods Technical Adviser to join a recognised leader in the distribution of premium home appliances (kitchen and laundry) based in Moorabbin.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support and advisory services to field technicians and internal teams
- Assess and diagnose technical issues and offering effective solutions
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical policies, procedures and service manuals
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct training sessions for staff on technical best practices
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to support business decisions
- Report quality issues from the field
- Identify the most used parts to ensure availability within the spare parts department
- Coordinate the daily operations of the workshop
- A sound technical knowledge of laundry and kitchen appliances
- The ability to troubleshoot faults and find solutions efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent experience in the safe usage of a range of relevant tools
- The ability to explain issues and repairs in a clear and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
