HR systems experience is advantageous, but strong technical delivery leadership is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of HRIS implementation
- Oversee system integration, data migration, and architecture alignment
- Provide technical oversight across vendors and internal teams
- Ensure solution design aligns with enterprise architecture
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Support testing, deployment, and transition to BAU
- Proven experience as a Solution Delivery Lead / Technical Delivery Lead
- Strong background in enterprise system implementations
- Experience with integration, data, and platform delivery
- HRIS experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
- Location: Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH after onbaording and training
- Reports to: Senior Project Manager (HRIS Program)
- Works closely with: Architecture, Engineering teams, Vendors
