This role will be defining for a career Senior Project Manager and requires deep, specialist experience in Contact Centre replacement to Universal Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Contact Centre transformation program
- Define business needs and scope requirements
- Conduct vendor selection process (RFP/RFQ) and hold vendors accountable
- Develop business case and investment justification
- Establish delivery roadmap and governance framework
- Oversee full implementation lifecycle
- Drive stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, and leadership
- Manage risks, dependencies, and program outcomes
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior PM specialising in Contact Centre implementations
- Strong track record in vendor selection and system implementation
- Deep understanding of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience delivering enterprise transformation programs
- Strong commercial, governance, and stakeholder management capability
Working Arrangements
- Location: Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH after probation
