You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders including Claims, Recoveries, Legal, and Customer teams, while maintaining oversight of offshore resources in Johannesburg. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in an evolving, performance-driven environment that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Leading and mentoring 4 x Team Leaders (with up to 32 indirect reports) to deliver strong operational, compliance, and customer outcomes.

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Resilience, agility, and confidence making evidence-based decisions under pressure.
- A collaborative, authentic, and down-to-earth leadership style that complements a high-performing, positive culture.

- Competitive remuneration package + STI bonus (paid six-monthly).
- Join an insurer recognised for its growth, innovation, and customer focus.
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive leadership team that values transparency, humour, and genuine connection.
