What's on Offer?
- Earn $120,000 - $150,000+ depending on experience, qualifications and overtime
- Starting rates from $46.20 per hour for experienced operators
- Up to $55.00 per hour for SSE-qualified candidates
- Fully funded SSE qualification and training support
- $15,000 annual location allowance
- Fully maintained company vehicle
- Overtime and penalty rates after 7.6 hours per day
- Monday to Friday roster - 6am - 4.30pm

Reporting to the Regional Quarries Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the quarry, ensuring production, safety and compliance targets are achieved.
This is a hands-on role where you'll still be involved in operating equipment while learning the leadership, planning and compliance aspects of site management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and promoting a strong safety culture
- Supervising daily quarry operations
- Operating front-end loaders and loading road trains
- Managing production and load-out activities
- Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
- Completing dispatch documentation, dockets and reporting
- Monitoring stock levels and inventory
- Maintaining site presentation and operational standards
- Liaising with drivers, contractors and stakeholders
- Supporting quarry campaigns and contractor activities
- Ensuring compliance with WA mining and quarrying legislation
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example and wants to build a long-term career in quarrying or mining operations.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in quarrying, mining, crushing or hard rock operations
- Front-end loader operating experience
- Experience loading road trains
- Strong commitment to safety
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
- Quarry supervisory or leading hand experience
- SSE qualification
- Weighbridge, dispatch or Loadrite experience
- Knowledge of Mining & Quarrying Safety & Health legislation
