Our client is embarking on a major transformation, redefining their HR and Operations model to better support their people, culture, and future growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to lead this journey and ensure the successful rollout of a new HR/Operations Model across the business.
This is a pivotal role for a proven change leader who thrives in complex stakeholder environments, can manage sensitive information with discretion, and has the resilience to deliver outcomes in a dynamic organisational context.
 The Opportunity 
As Change Manager, you will design and deliver the change strategy to support four critical streams of work:
- Organisational Architecture – supporting the redesign of structures, roles, and reporting lines
- Employee Value Proposition – helping define and embed a refreshed EVP
- Remuneration – aligning and updating remuneration frameworks for fairness and consistency
- EBA Consolidation – leading the change elements of consolidating multiple EBAs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change strategies aligned to organisational goals
- Build strong relationships with leaders and staff, managing resistance and driving engagement
- Deliver targeted communications and training to support adoption of changes
- Oversee risk management and manage sensitive data with discretion
- Monitor, report, and measure success against milestones and objectives
- Proven experience in change management within HR, operations, or a related field
- Knowledge of organisational design, EVP development, remuneration frameworks, and enterprise bargaining processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
- Integrity, resilience, and adaptability in managing sensitive, complex change initiatives
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Change Management (desirable)
- $900 per day
