With a strong presence across Australia and a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and safety, this business plays a vital role in supporting major infrastructure and construction projects.
The Opportunity:
As National Logistics Performance Manager, you will:
- Lead performance improvement initiatives across multiple business units
- Deliver standardisation and best-practice logistics processes at a national level
- Influence and engage a national network of logistics managers (11 indirect reports)
- Proactively mentor a high-performing team of two (Reporting Analyst & Commercial Lead)
- Use data insights and KPIs to shape strategy and inform executive decision-making
- Track logistics performance against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
You are someone who thrives in complex, dynamic environments and enjoys working across both operational and strategic priorities. You bring:
- A background in logistics, supply chain, or fleet performance in a complex organisation (circa 1,000+ mobile assets)
- Experience developing teams and managing cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical actions
- A collaborative and inclusive style with a passion for mentoring others
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Business, or Engineering (postgraduate preferred)
