About the Role:
This newly vacated leadership position will see you take the reins of a growing commercial sales division. With responsibility for two direct reports (an Account Manager and a Sales Coordinator), you’ll build strategic partnerships with agents, builders, and developers across Australia while spearheading the development and execution of a robust commercial pipeline.
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • Further develop and execute the national commercial sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate agents, and agency partners.
  • Deliver against ambitious growth targets across home builder and multi-residential segments.
  • Oversee pipeline forecasting, sales reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking forums.
  • Mentor and lead a small, high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and retail divisions.    
What You’ll Bring:
  • Demonstrated success leading national commercial sales within long-cycle, relationship-driven B2B environments.
  • Strong network and experience in the building, construction, or premium whitegoods industries.
  • A proven growth mindset with persistence, resilience, and a strategic eye for market penetration.
  • High-level account planning, CRM use, and pipeline forecasting capabilities.
  • Confident, engaging communication style and comfort in customer-facing roles and public forums.
  • A collaborative, team-orientated leadership approach with commercial acumen.
