Our client  is considered a premium market leader in their space.  Currently servicing 26+ countries, they are the manufacturer and supplier of premium and customized ergonomic classroom solutions. With a passion for service and great pride in their brand, they have an enviable history of success offering to Schools globally, the ability to utilize customized ergonomic & modular classroom furniture to best support the learning opportunity of each student, enabling schools to support best practice teaching with leading edge customized classroom designs.
 
Today they are seeking to appoint a  Senior Account Manager to take over an existing territory and customer base, whilst spending some time identifying new opportunities across West Melb & Western VIC.  This is a premium territory and requires the services of a highly customer centric consultative sales professional. 
 
With excellent  Australian based infrastructure, a hugely collaborative culture and a reputation founded on quality and service, this is a unique and exciting opportunity for a talented consultative, customer centric, well organised  and commercial Senior Account  Manager who will be on the road 80% of the time, and has the opportunity to work from a home based office to maximise on their time!

What you will bring to this role
  • A min of 4 years in B2B solutions sales in either a service or product environment - preferably not furniture, but definitely highly customer centric
  • Motivation and drive
  • A passion for 'rain making' - you will be a driven business developer and account nurturer - as you expand your reach within your customer base
  • Excellent pipeline management & lead generation skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • A high degree of motivation
  • Networks and experience within the education sector is definitely advantageous, but not essential
Your key responsibilities will be
  • To build long term relationships with School Principals & all key stakeholders
  • To develop account management plans & strategies to ensure growth and ongoing success
  • To become a subject matter expert on products and design
  • Solutions sales as part of your account management function, customizing the offerings to meet each schools identified needs
  • To Account Manage at a Senior level, whilst being hands on in developing and sustaining long term relationships.
  • To follow up post implementation, to ensure that expectations & promises are met
  • To network and collaborate internally & externally, supporting the development of top of mind brand awareness and the growth of the brand
