Based full time in their North Lakes QLD offices, you will manage the end-to-end assessment of allocated insurance claims, focusing on cause, scope, costs, and the best approach for property restoration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desktop property assessments using virtual tools
  • Produce detailed reports on cause, coverage, damage & repair methods
  • Review scope of works, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions
  • Communicate damage and repair schedules with customers
  • Liaise with local authorities & third-party building surveyors for compliance
About You:
  • Exposure to estimations, quotes, and scope of works (insurance/building industry)
  • Proficient in computer software systems
  • Strong stakeholder management (customers, builders, suppliers)
  • Exceptional time management & organizational skills
  • Ability to self-manage & prioritize tasks effectively
