Our Client is the fastest growing major Motor and Home insurer in Australia.  We’re thrilled to partner with this Australian owned insurance giant who are looking for an experienced Frontline Claims Manager to lead a high-volume claims contact centre team managing the end-to-end customer journey.

You’ll guide 4–5 team leaders overseeing approximately 200 consultants who handle claims from first lodgement through to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments and is ready to grow into a more senior position over time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of frontline leaders and their claims consultants
  • Drive energy, engagement, and capability across the contact centre floor
  • Improve operational consistency and uplift leadership capability across the function
  • Support continuous change in a high-growth, low-tenure environment
  • Balance people leadership with commercial insight and performance outcomes
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong leadership background managing large customer service or claims teams
  • Ability to lead through change and motivate diverse teams in high-pressure environments
  • Proven ability to mentor emerging leaders and drive capability uplift
  • Strong commercial acumen, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • High emotional intelligence and a “lead from the floor” servant-leadership style
