About The Role
You’ll support everyday Australians by handling inbound customer enquiries – no sales targets, just helping people.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Taking inbound calls and assisting with enquiries
- Providing clear, helpful information and support
- Updating customer records and navigating systems
- Working ina structured, supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re not necessarily looking for contact centre experience, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, excellent communication, a willingness to learn and are confident with technology (they will teach you their systems):
- Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and people skills
- Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A genuine desire to help customers
- Paid, structured training (2–2.5 weeks)
- “Nesting” period with live call support
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring and development
- Clear pathways into leadership, QA and specialist roles
- Australian Citizen (essential)
- Ability to pass background and federal compliance checks
- 18+ years of age
