The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Commercial Sales Manager you will:

  • Manage and grow key accounts across developers, builders, architects, and commercial agents.
  • Proactively identify and convert new project opportunities, leveraging both agent networks and direct client engagement.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, manage quotations, and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Represent the brand at client events, deliver product training sessions, and provide solutions that align with project needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • A track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the building, appliances, or construction sector.
  • Strength in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with confidence in face-to-face engagement.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, supported by strong organisation and pipeline management capability.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the drive to seek out opportunities and convert them into commercial wins.
