Hinchen Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer with international reach, known for supplying solutions across education, government and commercial environments.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a diverse NSW territory, managing and growing relationships across metro and regional markets within education, government and commercial sectors.
You will:
  • Build on and grow existing client relationships
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across your territory
  • Engage with architects, designers and specifiers to influence decisions early
  • Manage your own territory, pipeline and strategy
  • Deliver tailored presentations and solution-based recommendations
  • Expand market share across Sydney, Hunter, Mid North Coast, Namoi and New England
  • Contribute to a business with national and international market presence
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:
  • Proven in business development or territory sales
  • Strong in building relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing a broad geographic patch across metro and regional markets
  • Ideally experienced in furniture led solutions in the education, government or commercial sectors
  • Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach
  • Commercially curious, proactive and energised by identifying opportunities and opening doors
  • Polished, engaging and credible in front of clients
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Enjoys being on the road and in front of clients
  • Values relationships, but also enjoys creating opportunities from the ground up
  • Wants ownership and autonomy, not micromanagement
  • Is looking to build something long-term on a strong existing foundation
