A large, trusted Queensland organisation is undertaking a significant uplift of its digital, data and member experience capability. We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to join this transformation program and support delivery across multiple initiatives that directly impact a large member base.
Our client is undergoing a major uplift across its digital, data and member experience ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to support three key streams of work: Digital Experience, CRM uplift and Authentication modernisation.
This role is ideal for a BA/SBA who thrives in complex environments, enjoys multi-stream delivery, and wants to work on initiatives that directly impact a large member base.
The Role
This 6-month plus initial contract will see you supporting delivery across three enterprise projects, all of which are member-facing and central to the organisation's future digital and data strategy:

- Enhancing and evolving the organisation's digital platforms
- Supporting improvements within Sitecore or a potential transition to Adobe Lighthouse
- Uplifting digital journeys, performance and overall user experience
- Supporting the shift from Okta to Microsoft Entra
- Strengthening identity, security and login experience for members
- Ensuring seamless, modernised and scalable authentication capability
- Enabling a true 360-degree member view
- Removing duplicate identities & improving data accuracy
- Enhancing membership loyalty models
- Improving offer management and decisioning
- Uplifting lead management for targeted engagement
- Implementing improved consent & subscription management with full audit trails
- Integrating new platforms and eliminating interim/manual solutions
You'll succeed in this role if you can bring clarity, structure and strong analytical capability to a multi-stream transformation environment.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience as a BA/SBA across digital, CRM or data-driven projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical & non-technical groups
- Experience working in member-facing or customer-facing environments
- Ability to elicit, translate and document complex requirements
- Competence in Agile delivery and blended internal/vendor environments
- $94 per hour
- From 6-month + contract with likely extensions
