With Growth Comes Opportunity
This is your chance to join an industry leader in the creative education sector as they expand their national sales function. As an Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales Consultant), you’ll be at the forefront of connecting passionate future students with life-changing education pathways in music, film, design, and other creative disciplines. Every call you make has the potential to help someone take their first step toward a rewarding career.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging prospective students over the phone, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the admissions team. You’ll work with a warm mix of enquiries generated through open days, marketing campaigns, and online registrations, alongside some colder outreach to lapsed leads. With clear KPIs, structured scripts, and the backing of a recognised brand, you’ll have everything you need to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What sets this opportunity apart is the brand and sector you’ll be representing. This organisation is one of Australia’s most respected creative educators, with campuses across multiple states and a reputation for producing industry-ready graduates. By joining their growing sales function, you’ll be part of a team that values drive, resilience, and consultative communication. For the right person, this is not just a contract role, it’s a career-building opportunity with long-term potential.

From the Senior Leader:
"Every conversation we have with a future student is a chance to help them take the first step towards their dream career. That’s what makes this role so rewarding."

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting or lead generation
  • A KPI-driven mindset with resilience to handle high call volumes (60+ per day)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote work environment
  • A consultative, engaging style — not just “transactional sales”
  • Background in education, membership sales, or the creative industries is an advantage
  • A genuine passion for the arts, creative industries, or education is highly desirable
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Joining this team means being part of an industry leader in creative education that’s passionate about shaping the future of the arts. You’ll enjoy the energy of a growing organisation, the satisfaction of helping people take the first step towards their dream careers, and the opportunity to build your own career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This isn’t just another sales job — it’s a chance to be part of something bigger.
  • Be part of a well-respected, growing organisation in the creative industries
  • Make a real impact by helping students start their creative career journey
  • Enjoy a flexible remote working arrangement with campus access when needed
  • Competitive hourly rate $ 33-35 P/H
  • Clear KPIs and support to help you succeed from day one
  • Opportunities to extend or go permanent for high performers
  • A culture that values resilience, drive, and creativity
  • Career-building experience in sales within the education sector
