This role combines  hands-on product demonstrations, customer engagement and commercial sales development  with one of the world’s most respected outdoor power equipment brands. 
Working across Perth and regional Western Australia, you will meet with councils, contractors and commercial organisations to demonstrate premium equipment solutions that improve productivity and efficiency. 
This role offers a  clear pathway into Account Management or Business Development, making it ideal for someone looking to transition from a practical equipment environment into a long-term commercial career.

In this role you will combine hands-on equipment demonstrations, customer engagement and commercial relationship development as you work with organisations across Western Australia to showcase modern equipment solutions that improve productivity, safety and operational efficiency. 
You will meet with councils, schools, contractors, facilities teams and commercial organisations across Perth and regional WA, providing live demonstrations of professional equipment and helping customers understand how the right tools can transform the way their teams operate.

    Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop your territory by identifying commercial organisations across Perth and regional WA
  • Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline of equipment demonstrations
  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations to commercial end users
  • Help organisations understand the operational benefits of modern equipment solutions
  • Support organisations transitioning to new equipment platforms
  • Work closely with the dealer network to convert demonstrations into equipment sales
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to new and existing dealers
  • Manage territory activity including lead generation, demonstrations and follow-up 
  • Travel across the Perth metro area and occasionally regional Western Australia
What You Will Bring:
  • Confidence engaging customers and building relationships in field environments
  • Ability to demonstrate equipment or technical products clearly and professionally
  • A proactive mindset when identifying opportunities and developing your territory
  • Strong organisation and time management capability
  • Genuine interest in equipment, machinery or practical operational solutions
  • Resilience and persistence when developing new business opportunities
  • Desire to build a long-term career in commercial sales
  • Ideally B2B sales experience 
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Confidence working in a field-based role
  • Ability to travel across Perth and occasionally regional WA
  • Willingness to tow a demonstration trailer (training provided)
   Ideal Backgrounds:  
  • Outdoor power equipment, machinery or tools sales
  • Retail equipment or trade specialist environments
  • Exp in landscaping, grounds maintenance or turf industries
  • Equipment hire or construction equipment environments
About the Opportunity:
This role has been designed as a development pathway into broader commercial sales roles, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment and customers but is looking to build a long-term corporate sales career. 
You will work closely with an experienced Commercial Business Development Manager while building your own territory presence across Western Australia.
