As a Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in coaching and inspiring your team, driving exceptional customer outcomes, and building your leadership career within a business recognised for innovation, care, and career development.

The Role In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance and development of a team of consultants. You’ll coach, mentor, and guide your people to deliver outstanding results for customers, while managing productivity, compliance, and quality assurance.

You’ll be empowered to create an engaged, motivated team culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer care.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a supportive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to manage performance, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Commitment to delivering positive outcomes for customers and your team.
  • Background in contact centres, insurance, financial services, or similar customer-focused environments.
  • Experience as an Acting Team Leader will also be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics, workload distribution, and quality standards.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage escalations and support effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants to achieve performance and service goals.
  • Conduct daily huddles, one-on-one sessions, and team meetings.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing, and customer-first team culture.
