A dynamic, market leading forward-looking industrial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst
to join its corporate finance team. This role will support the finance team and the wider business with modelling, analysis and reporting for finance, asset services, and regional business
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to synthesise data to support the management reporting, budget and forecasting and month end processes and play a key role in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify best method of collecting organisational data for analysis and reporting
- Build sustainable excel data models
- Analyse data and draw insights to shape forecasting / budgeting process
- Use data analysis to identify and report on strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, make recommendations
- Supporting the next Phase of TM1 development to enhance the forecast and Budget process
- Support the rollout of new Reports and planning tools across BU
- Board level reporting and commentary
- Partner with stakeholders to present information to inform decision making
- Assist in the development and deployment of process improvements, organization initiatives and projects.
What You’ll Bring
- CA/CPA qualification with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Strong financial analysis and process improvement experience in a similar role within a large organisation with a diverse asset profile.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across varied functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines
- A coachable mindset and curiosity to understand the complexities of the business
- Drive to add value by improving current systems and play a key role in the automation journey
- A high degree of commercial acumen
- The ability to balance multiple priorities and manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Expert skill level in Excel and strong general systems knowledge.
