Service Co-Ordinator/Scheduler

About the Role:
This is a key position responsible for coordinating daily schedules for a team of field technicians, ensuring service appointments are managed efficiently and customers receive timely, professional support. You will work closely with internal teams and act as a central contact point for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technician schedules, ensuring efficient coverage of daily service requests
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, follow up on queries, and provide updates
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to support operational delivery
- Maintain accurate records and data entry across scheduling and service systems
- Manage changes or urgent requests calmly and proactively, resolving issues as they arise
- Support ongoing improvements to service processes and team coordination
We are looking for someone who brings a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, thrive in a busy environment, and have a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, ideally within trade services, maintenance, or a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence using scheduling software and general business systems
