As a Sales Executive, you’ll blend outbound sales with relationship development, working across civil, construction, and industrial sectors to identify new opportunities and convert inbound leads.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities across construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Convert warm leads from marketing and develop your own network of prospects.
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and service teams to scope and deliver tailored proposals.
- Manage a sales pipeline and report on activity using CRM tools.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to broader commercial growth objectives.
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within construction, industrial services, or environmental solutions.
- Proactive and confident communicator, comfortable developing new business.
- Strong understanding of site-based operations and the ability to speak to technical challenges.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to grow into senior business development roles.
- Organised and self-motivated with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills.
- A hands-on role with broad exposure across industries and service lines.
