The Opportunity You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality candidate shortlists by managing large volumes of applications and conducting structured screenings and interviews.
You’ll be trusted to assess, engage and move candidates through the process efficiently — without compromising on quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Screening high volumes of applications daily
- Conducting structured phone and virtual interviews
- Assessing candidates against key competencies
- Managing candidate pipelines and interview coordination
- Providing clear, professional candidate communication
- Working to tight timeframes and hiring targets
- Proven experience in recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition
- Strong experience screening and interviewing multiple candidates daily
- Ability to work at pace without losing attention to detail
- Confident communication and decision-making skills
- Highly organised with strong systems capability
- Experience in high-volume environments (call centre, retail, healthcare, etc.) highly regarded
- Immediate start available
