About the Role
- Provide day-to-day personal assistance and secretarial support to the Directors, Managers, and professional staff.
- Manage diaries, appointments, travel, and marketing activities.
- Support office procedures, including safety, security, and supplies.
- Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing collateral, functions, and client relationship management.
- Maintain the firm’s trust account including reconciliations.
- Supervise and support clerical staff, ensuring high-quality administrative processes.
- Liaise with suppliers, IT technicians, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of support staff.
- Use your AI skills to enhance productivity and create digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality outcomes, consistently.
- Initiative, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Competence with office systems MS Suite applications, procedures, and document management.
- Confident in adopting and leveraging AI-driven solutions to support daily operations and marketing requirements
