What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the office running smoothly.
- Being the behind-the-scenes legend for our Director, Project Manager, and BDM.
- Pulling people together with meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Overseeing the project site administration: dockets, invoices, supplier and subcontractors’ queries.
- Backing the workshop team with regos, servicing, fuel cards, and cost tracking.
- Making sure safety is always at the front of everything they do: HSEQ docs, registers, PPE, inspections.
Who You Are
- You’ve done the admin game before and know how to keep records, invoices, and safety docs tight.
- Organised to the max and great prioritisation skills! Nothing slips past you.
- A whiz on Microsoft Office (Excel is your jam) and quick to pick up new systems.
- People person through and through, you’re as comfortable chatting with site crews as you are with senior leaders.
- You spot ways to improve things and don’t wait to be asked! You just make it happen!
