Our client is a globally recognised premium appliance manufacturer renowned for its Scandinavian design philosophy, engineering precision and uncompromising commitment to quality. Positioned firmly within the premium appliance segment and sold through leading national retail partners across Australia, the organisation continues to invest heavily in product innovation, training capability and long-term market growth. Its products are recognised for their engineering integrity, high-quality materials and thoughtful design that prioritises performance, reliability and longevity.

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has now emerged to join this globally recognised premium organisation in a newly created  National Product Trainer  role.
Working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams, this role will lead the development and delivery of product and sales training programs that equip both internal teams and retail partners with the knowledge and confidence to effectively present the brand’s products to customers. You will take globally developed product content and transform it into engaging, locally relevant training materials and workshops that clearly communicate the key product features, competitive advantages and sales positioning within the Australian market.
This role combines both  training design and facilitation, requiring the ability to build structured learning content while also delivering engaging workshops and product demonstrations that bring the products to life for sales teams and retail staff.
Based in Melbourne with national travel, you will work closely with internal sales teams, product specialists and key retail partners to deliver a mix of hands-on product training, in-store sessions and digital learning programs across Australia. In doing so, you will play an important role in ensuring consistency in how the brand is represented in market and in strengthening the capability of teams responsible for presenting and selling the products.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible national role where you can directly influence how a premium global brand is understood, positioned and sold within the Australian retail landscape.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop engaging product and sales training programs for internal teams and retail partners
  • Translate global product information into locally relevant training content
  • Deliver workshops, product demonstrations and training sessions nationally
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns
  • Create structured training calendars aligned to key product launches and sales priorities
  • Facilitate both face-to-face training events and virtual learning sessions
  • Analyse training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve product understanding and sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, retail partners and global product teams
What You will bring to this role:
  • Experience delivering  product, sales or retail training programs
  • Strong presentation and facilitation capability with the confidence to engage large groups
  • Ability to translate complex product features into  clear, compelling sales messages
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across sales, product and marketing teams
  • Experience creating training materials, presentations and workshop content
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to link training activity to sales performance
  • High attention to detail when working with product information and technical content
  • Strong planning and organisation skills to manage multiple projects and training schedules
So what’s in it for you?
  • Salary circa $120,000 + Super + Car Allowance
  • Newly created national role with the opportunity to build and shape the training function
  • Join a globally respected premium brand recognised for engineering excellence and product innovation
  • Highly visible role working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership
  • Opportunity to influence how a premium product portfolio is presented and sold across Australia
  • National exposure working with leading appliance retailers including Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, JB Hi-Fi, Bing Lee and premium independents
  • Blend of strategic training design, hands-on product demonstrations and engaging workshops
  • Work with premium European products known for quality, durability and performance
  • Modern Melbourne head office environment with national travel and strong team culture
  Why This Role Is Different

This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created national role where you can genuinely shape how they are represented in the Australian market.
  • Rather than simply delivering existing training programs, you will play a key role in designing, building and evolving the organisation’s product training capability. Working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing leaders, you will help ensure retail teams and internal stakeholders clearly understand the engineering, craftsmanship and performance that differentiate the brand.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work with premium European products known for their design integrity, quality and long-term performance, bringing these products to life through engaging demonstrations, workshops and training programs across Australia.
  • For someone who enjoys combining product expertise, storytelling and training delivery, this role offers the chance to make a visible national impact while working with a globally respected premium brand.
