This is a short-term contract role suited to someone who can quickly step in, operate autonomously and deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and support of HR systems (including Chris21 where applicable)
- Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues and resolve system-related queries
- Support HR and Payroll teams with reporting, data extraction and system usage
- Assist with system configuration, updates and process improvements
- Document processes, workflows and system changes
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT stakeholders to support system performance
- Demonstrated experience in HR systems administration (HRIS)
- Exposure to Chris21 highly regarded (or similar HR/payroll systems)
- Strong data management, reporting and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across HR, Payroll and IT
- Hands-on, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Comfortable operating in both BAU support and improvement activities
- Able to quickly understand systems and add value with minimal ramp-up
- Immediate start with a well-regarded Queensland organisation
- Flexible hybrid working (2 days onsite)
