Based full time in their North Lakes QLD offices, you will manage the end-to-end assessment of allocated insurance claims, focusing on cause, scope, costs, and the best approach for property restoration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desktop property assessments using virtual tools
- Produce detailed reports on cause, coverage, damage & repair methods
- Review scope of works, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions
- Communicate damage and repair schedules with customers
- Liaise with local authorities & third-party building surveyors for compliance
- Exposure to estimations, quotes, and scope of works (insurance/building industry)
- Proficient in computer software systems
- Strong stakeholder management (customers, builders, suppliers)
- Exceptional time management & organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage & prioritize tasks effectively
