Our international Insurance client is in growth - they are a market leading employer of choice, and they are located in North Brisbane.  Today they are seeking to appoint an experienced Front Line Claims Manager to lead a Rapid Home Claims function operating at scale. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving performance, capability and customer outcomes across a fast-moving, high-volume claims environment.
 
You will lead through experienced Team Leaders, overseeing a large frontline workforce handling home claims from first notification through to resolution. The role suits a confident, floor-led people leader who thrives in pace, complexity and change, and who knows how to balance care for people, customers and performance.
 
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading and developing multiple frontline Team Leaders and their claims consultants
  • Owning day-to-day operational performance across a high-volume rapid claims portfolio
  • Creating energy, engagement and accountability across the contact-centre floor
  • Embedding consistent ways of working, coaching rhythms and performance discipline
  • Supporting capability uplift in a fast-growth, evolving environment
  • Managing change, tenure variability and operational pressure with confidence and calm
  • Translating business priorities into clear, practical expectations for frontline teams
  • Championing customer experience while maintaining commercial and quality outcomes
