What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the financial rhythm of the business, from monthly reporting through to year-end outcomes
- Turning numbers into clear insights that support leadership decision-making
- Driving planning activities including budgets, outlooks, and scenario modelling
- Ensuring financial obligations are met accurately and on time across tax, payroll and statutory requirements
- Lifting the quality of financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks
- Providing practical commercial input into projects, initiatives and investment decisions
- Overseeing core finance operations including receivables, payables, reconciliations and systems
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to improve performance, visibility and accountability
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a medium-sized or complex organisation
- Strong technical foundations with the ability to operate comfortably at both detail and strategic level
- A commercially minded operator who can explain financial concepts in plain English
- Someone who is organised, deadline-driven and comfortable owning outcomes
- Experience working with modern finance systems and strong Excel / Office skills. The ideal applicant will have experience with MS Dynamics and PowerBI
