You will play a pivotal role in expanding the organisation's enterprise footprint by identifying new logo opportunities, shaping commercial solutions and leading large, multi-million-dollar engagements.

The Opportunity
Reporting into Executive leadership, this role is responsible for driving enterprise growth through strategic new business acquisition across Australia.
 
You will work closely with internal technology, delivery and recruitment specialists to design and present integrated solutions across contact centre operations, automation, AI services and CX transformation.
 
This role offers the autonomy to design and execute your own 'enterprise growth playbook', targeting major organisations across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, retail, E-Commerce, government, utilities. logistics  and travel.
 
Typical sales cycles are approximately six months, with deals ranging from large contact centre programs through to integrated CX technology solutions.
 
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients and strategic partnerships
  • Lead complex solution sales across CX, BPO and automation services/technology solutions
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers
  • Manage a national pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Facilitate solution design with internal technical and delivery teams
  • Negotiate and close multi-million-dollar commercial agreements
  • Drive growth through strategic new logo acquisition
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design client solutions
What You Will Bring
 
This role is suited to a strategic enterprise seller who can identify major client opportunities, shape complex CX transformation solutions and orchestrate internal teams to win large engagements.
 
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience securing large enterprise deals ($5M+)
  • Strong background within the Customer Experience (CX), BPO or outsourcing sector
  • Established enterprise relationships and industry networks
  • Experience engaging C-suite decision makers
  • Ability to position digital CX, automation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Capability to lead complex enterprise engagements with internal specialists
  • Strong commercial acumen negotiating multi-year enterprise contracts
  • Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in CX services, contact centres, outsourcing, digital transformation or technology-enabled services will be highly regarded.
