A number of outstanding opportunities are available for experienced Customer Service professionals to join one of Australia's leading Consumer Electronics and Home Appliance brands in inbound customer service roles. These are initially ongoing contracts with future potential opportunities for permanent positions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working shifts between 8:30am and 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays / Sundays (9am to 5pm) at penalty rates
- Responding to customer queries and demonstrating a genuine willingness to provide solutions
- Using excellent questioning and listening skills to seamlessly engage with customers to identify how to best assist them
- Demonstrating a high attention to detail
- Extensive customer service experience (call centre, retail or hospitality)
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated experience in identifying customers' needs, clarifying information and providing solutions while complying with company policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in resolving complex customer enquiries
- A team player who establishes strong working relationships and collaborates well with others
- Empathy and respect
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- $34.59 plus super per hour
- Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week + occasional Saturdays and Sundays
