About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage around 25 inbound calls per day, averaging 15–20 minutes each, plus follow-ups. You’ll provide clear, accurate, and empathetic support to new and existing members, guiding them through essential services.

This role is best suited to call centre professionals who enjoy structured targets, varied customer interactions, and being part of a team that values both performance and people.

What You Bring to the Role
  • 2+ years’ call centre or inbound customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills – able to provide quick, clear solutions
  • People-first mindset – calm, empathetic, and professional over the phone
  • Excellent communication – confident in handling diverse customer needs
  • Call handling soft skills – active listening, emotional intelligence, and rapport building
  • System savvy – experience with CRMs, multiple screens, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS, Financial Services, or other service-focused industries (highly regarded)
  • Adaptable and resilient – thrives in a dynamic call centre environment
  • Current Driver’s Licence and Passport (for Police Check)
