About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first friendly voice our customers hear—offering supportive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused guidance to both new and existing members. Your work will help people access essential services while laying the foundation for broader support across the aged care community.

What You Bring to the Role:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a contact centre or inbound phone-based customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills – able to provide clear, tailored solutions over the phone
  • A positive, empathetic, and people-first mindset
  • Confidence in navigating conversations and making thoughtful recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong soft skills – active listening, emotional intelligence, and rapport building
  • Tech-savvy – able to work across multiple systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office tools in real-time
  • Experience in Aged Care, NDIS, Financial Services, or other care-oriented sectors (highly regarded)
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and resilient—with a good sense of humour!
  • Current Driver’s Licence and Passport (required for Police Check)
