About the Role


As a  Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing timely, empathetic, and knowledgeable support to both current and potential members. You’ll play a crucial role in onboarding and assisting customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible to meet their individual needs. You will be assisting and advising clients to access and navigate services, with the additional future goal of broadening their reach to support the Aged Care Community.

   What You Bring to the Role:
  • Proven experience in a  contact centre / call centre environment, with a passion for providing efficient customer service
  • Critical thinking skills, to quickly analyse, source and provide accurate information efficiently, to provide clear, well-reasoned solutions to clients over the phone
  • positive and energetic personality, with a strong desire to help others effectively with respect and empathy
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Confidence in making recommendations and working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong  soft skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Experience in  Aged Care, Financial Services, NDIS or other service-oriented industries  (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with a range of  technologies and MS Office  and CRMs, with the ability to work concurrently, in real-time on multiple screens
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a sense of fun!
  • Excellent  written and verbal communication skills  with the ability to build rapport
  • ID requirements  – Current Driver’s License and Passport – to enable Police Checks
