About The Role

You’ll support everyday Australians by handling inbound customer enquiries – no sales targets, just helping people. 

Your day-to-day will include: 
  • Taking inbound calls and assisting with enquiries 
  • Providing clear, helpful information and support  
  • Updating customer records and navigating systems  
  • Working ina structured, supportive team environment  
This is a high-volume role, ideal for people who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping others. 

What We’re Looking For 

We’re not necessarily looking for contact centre experience, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, excellent communication, a willingness to learn and are confident with technology (they will teach you their systems): 
  • Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles  
  • Strong communication and people skills  
  • Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure  
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail  
  • A genuine desire to help customers  
Training & Support 
  • Paid, structured training (2–2.5 weeks) 
  • “Nesting” period with live call support  
  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring and development  
  • Clear pathways into leadership, QA and specialist roles  
Important Requirements 
  • Australian Citizen (essential)  
  • Ability to pass background and federal compliance checks  
  • 18+ years of age
