Client Delivery Manager / Project Manager – IT Transformation

The Role
You will take ownership of delivery across multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are structured, progressing and commercially controlled.
This role sits at the centre of:
- Client relationships
- Project delivery
- Commercial outcomes
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own delivery across multiple client projects at different stages
- Drive clear actions, priorities, timelines and accountability
- Lead structured client communication and weekly updates
- Translate business needs into practical delivery plans
- Maintain visibility across scope, budget, timelines and risks
- Identify and resolve delivery gaps before they become issues
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure aligned execution
- Support governance, reporting and delivery frameworks
- Manage vendors and external partners where required
- Protect scope and ensure strong commercial discipline
- Clients feel informed, confident and well-managed
- Projects progress consistently with clear visibility
- Delivery is structured, organised and commercially sound
- Founders are freed up to focus on strategic work
- Strong client relationships and repeat work
You may come from project delivery, consulting, digital or client services, ideally within technology or transformation environments.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership and accountability
- Can manage multiple priorities with ease
- Communicates confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Has strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Understands scope, budgets and commercial delivery
- Can work effectively with technical teams
- Is comfortable working in a growing, less structured environment
- Experience in IT transformation, ERP/CRM or digital delivery highly regarded
- Agile or sprint-based delivery exposure beneficial
- Hybrid, onsite or remote: True flexibility, school hours, 4 days or full-time
