Your key responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact for clients who are seeking information, updating their policies or wanting product advice. This role is low volume and high service, no call time pressure.
- Engage in active listening to understand the needs of customers to ensure you provide excellent service.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a client-focused attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely outcomes
- Ensure all relevant legislation is complied with taking corrective action if gaps or weaknesses are detected.
- Delivery of reports and feedback on service standards and adherence
- No insurance experience is necessary as full market leading training is provided. Bring your customer service experience gained in either call centre, retail, hospitality or administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, professional phone manner
- The ability to learn new processes and systems and apply this knowledge
- Good computer literacy
- The ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
