Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially savvy Alliance Development Manager
to identify and secure strategic partnerships, lead grant and tender submissions, and help showcase our suite of services to a diverse business audience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnership Development: Proactively identify and secure new commercial partners across government, industry, and associations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proposal & Tender Management: Develop compelling business cases, tenders, and grant applications that highlight the unique strengths and offerings of the organisation.
- Strategic Engagement: Build strong networks with senior stakeholders, communicate value propositions effectively, and tailor partnership models to support mutual success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to package and promote service offerings to potential partners.
- Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, funding opportunities, and tender submissions aligned to growth goals.
You are a confident communicator with proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships. You’re passionate about driving commercial outcomes and have the ability to create persuasive proposals and secure funding opportunities. You will also bring:
- A strong track record in business growth, partnerships, or consulting
- Experience working or partnering with or within government, large enterprises, or not-for-profit sectors
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for high-impact proposals and grants
- Confidence in networking and relationship management with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for identifying new opportunities
