About the Role:

This is a hands-on administration role supporting customer operations, warranty processing and escalations management.
The role is predominantly email-based, handling written enquiries, escalations and operational processing that require sound judgement and a strong attention to detail.
You will work closely with local leadership, finance and service partners, helping to resolve complex matters and support the smooth running of after-sales operations.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer, retailer and service enquiries via email
  • Process warranty claims
  • Handle escalated cases requiring investigation and written resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support process improvement and the development of SOPs
You will have:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Quick learning ability
