About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of high-volume invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end activities. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across branches to investigate rejected invoices and ensure alignment between customers and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • End-to-end high-volume invoice processing using OCR systems
  • Daily use of ERP systems such as Baseplan (training provided if needed)
  • End of month reconciliations using MS Excel
  • Managing rejected invoices via the Rejection Management System
  • Liaising with branches and customers via phone and email to resolve queries
  • Supporting accounts payable reporting and month-end processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in high-volume accounts payable
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data sorting)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Baseplan (or similar)
  • OCR invoice processing experience using ABBYY
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident phone manner, comfortable speaking with branches and customers
  • A flexible, adaptable, and proactive mindset
  • Quick learner. Able to pick up new systems with ease
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
