About Opportunity
This is more than your average accounting role. In your role as an Accountant, you’ll work alongside a Senior Business Advisors to deliver quarterly client reviews, uncover growth opportunities, and build tailored strategies that drive results. You’ll also begin managing your own portfolio of clients, receiving full support to help you shine and grow your career.
What You’ll Bring
- You'll be someone with a flair for business advisory and a genuine love for client success!
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in public practice or advisory roles
- Completed or near-completed CPA (or equivalent)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and critical thinking skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, professional, respectful manner
- A positive attitude and genuine motivation to help businesses grow
- $80K–$90K plus superannuation plus regular pay reviews
- 1:00 pm Friday finish time, if you hit your weekly KPI’s & targets
