Industry: Legal

Salary:

Are you a registered migration professional who thrives on variety — combining client consulting, casework, and industry engagement? This is a unique opportunity to join a global organisation with an established footprint in Australia, where you’ll act as both an immigration subject matter expert and a trusted partner to corporate clients managing international mobility.

About the Company
Our client is a leading global mobility and relocation services organisation, supporting corporate clients and their relocating employees across 170+ countries. With a strong local presence and a highly collaborative culture, they deliver tailored mobility, visa, and immigration solutions backed by world-class systems and a people-first ethos.
You’ll join a team known for their professionalism, client focus, and commitment to making complex international moves seamless.

About the Role
As a Senior Immigration Consultant, you’ll combine your expertise in corporate immigration with a consultative, client-facing approach. This is not a pure sales role — it’s a specialist position where your technical depth and interpersonal skills will enhance client relationships, strengthen service delivery, and support business growth.
You will:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients requiring visa and immigration support.
  • Manage complex visa caseloads across 400, 482, and 600 subclasses.
  • Provide technical expertise to support client presentations, proposals, and RFP discussions alongside account managers and business development colleagues.
  • Represent the organisation at client meetings, seminars, and networking events as an immigration subject matter expert.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor process integrity, accuracy, and turnaround times across all assigned cases.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement, client retention, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Support workload balance across the broader team — assisting during peak periods or leave coverage as needed.

About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
  • Registration as a Migration Agent (OMARA) — essential.
  • Proven experience in corporate immigration, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of employer-sponsored visa categories and end-to-end case management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage senior HR and mobility stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and strong organisational discipline.
  • Comfort representing your organisation externally at client meetings or industry events.
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary (around $115,000–$125,000 + super, commensurate with experience).
  • Hybrid flexibility – work from home and attend the office once weekly for collaboration.
  • Work overseas/anywhere for 15 days per year
  • Work for an organisation who have been named a Top Diversity Employer.
  • Exposure to a truly global network and best-practice mobility frameworks.
  • Supportive leadership, administrative assistance, and opportunities to broaden your remit.
  • Occasional travel for client presentations and national industry events.
